4 c. flour
2 c. crisco
2 tbsp. sugar
little salt
1 egg beaten
Ice water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. In a 1 cup measuring cup beat egg, add vinegar, and ice water to make 1 cup. Add to center of dry ingredients, and mix . Lightly knead with a small amount of flour on board. Separate into thirds and roll each with rolling pin, making sure there is plenty of flour to prevent sticking on board. Place in pie dishes. Remove excess dough from sides pressing with hands, then finish with finger press.

Using left over dough, roll out flat. Smooth on butter/margarine, thin coat of brown sugar, light coat of white sugar, and cinnamon as desired. Cut in half and roll each section. Cut about half inch pieces and place on cookie sheet. Delicious when warm !
