2 T. yeast
3/4 c. warm water (110 - 115F)
1 t. sugar



3 c. milk
3/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 T. salt
1 c. warm water
7-8 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast with warm water and 1 t. sugar. Scald the milk. Add shortening. Add to yeast. Add remaining sugar, salt, and water. Mix in flour and knead.
