1 C soft butter
1 egg
1 C molasses
2 C mashed banana
1 C whole wheat flour
3/4 C flour
2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 C chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Yield: 1 loaf
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 350
Cream butter. Beat in egg, molasses and banana. Mix in remaining ingredients just until blended. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 50-60 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
