16 chicken tenders
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
3 T. oil
1 can pineapple chunks
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. honey
1 can mushroom pieces
1 green bell pepper, chopped in large chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt and flour and roll chicken in it. Brown in oil. Add pineapple chunks with juice and slow simmer for 15 minutes. Mix soy sauce and water and add to chicken. Slow simmer for 30 minutes. Add honey and slow simmer another 15 minutes. Sprinkle mushrooms and bell pepper on top and heat for 5 minutes or until peppers are warm.
