1 medium green pepper, chopped fine
1 medium Bermuda onion, chopped fine
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 6 1/2 oz can crab meat, flaked
1/2 T salt
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
1/8 T pepper
1 c. fresh shrimp, cooked and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shrimp in thirds and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add seasonings to mayonnaise and combine all ingredients, (except crumbs). Put contents in buttered casserole and top with bread crumbs. Bake 30 min. or more at 350. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese halfway through the baking period.
