1 c powdered sugar 1 c white sugar 1 c vegetable oil 1 c unsalted butter 2 eggs 5 cups flour 1 tsp cream of tartar 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla
Combine powdered sugar, white sugar, vegetable oil, butter and eggs. Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt and vanilla. Drop on a non-greased cookie sheet. Dip flat in sugar. Press down dough. Bake about 12 min. at 350º until edges are barely brown.
