8 eggs 1 c. milk 1 lb. sausage 1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese 1 can crescent rolls
Serves: 8 Preparation time: 55 minutes
Preheat oven to 325º. Grease 9" x 13" pan. Unroll crescent rolls, press seams together in the bottom of pan. Brown sausage, drain, and crumble over rolls. Mix eggs, milk, and cheese. Pour over sausage. Bake at 325º for 40 minutes.
I prepare sausage ahead and then assemble and bake quickly in the morning.
