7 pieces of crustless bread
1 1/2 lb. sausage
1 dozen eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup onion, chopped
8 oz. shredded cheese

Serves: 8

Cook sausage thoroughly and drain. Place bread in bottom of greased 9x11 casserole dish. Spread sausage over bread. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over all. Cook at 350º for 50 minutes.
