3 T. honey
3 T. Dijon mustard
1 package fresh baby carrots
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan put the carrots and water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes then add the honey and Dijon mustard. Cook until the carrots are tender. If there is too much liquid, remove the carrots and reduce the liquid to about half. Pour glaze over the carrots.
