Beef Roast (7 bone, chuck, etc.)
garlic powder
2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in roaster pan. Salt generously. Sprinkle garlic powder (to taste) over roast. Add water to pan almost to top of roast. Sprinkle onion soup mix over roast and in water. Bake for 3 hours at 325 or 2 hours at 350.
