3/4 c. dry white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. peppercorn
1 1/4 lb. filet of sole
1 c. cooked shrimp
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
dash cayenne
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
In shallow pan, mix wine, juice, salt & peppercorn. Bring to boil. Add sole. Cover & simmer 7 minutes. Drain and remove to serving platter. Keep warm. Boil liquid until reduced to about 1/2 cup. Strain. Melt butter in pan. Blend in flour. Add milk and strained liquid. Cook on low heat until thickened. Add salt, cayenne and shrimp. Simmer 2 minutes. Serve.
