3 cups milk
2/3 cups sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 Tbsp flour
pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 bag angel flake coconut
1/4 cup margarine
1 tsp margarine



Crust:

1/4 cup margarine
2 tsp brown sugar
2 cups graham crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Melt margarine. Stir in sugar and crumbs. Press into 10" pie plate. Filling: Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch, flour with the 2 eggs. Add 1/4 cup milk to form a paste. Now slowly add the rest of the milk. Microwave at 2 minute intervals, stirring in between until the mixture has thickened. Stir very well and add 1/4 cup margarine, vanilla and 1/2 bag coconut. Pour into pie crust and cover with a sheet of wax paper and chill overnight. Cover with Cool Whip and the 1/2 bag coconut, toasted. For Banana Cream Pie, leave out the coconut. Put a nice thick layer of freshly cut banana on crumb base. Proceed with filling.
