6 eggs
2 C milk
1 t salt
1 t dry mustard
6 slices bread, cubed
1 pound bacon or sausage, browned and crumbled
OR 2 C ham, cubed
2 C grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Serves: 12
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Beat eggs. Add milk, salt, mustard and bread cubes.
In a 9 x 13 pan layer bread/egg mixture, then meat, then cheese. Let sit overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 325º for 50 minutes.
