1 3 lb.roast (chuck, butt, anything)
1 can beer
2 seasoning packets, "Good Seasoning Italian"
1 12oz. jar pepperoncinis (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Serves: 6-8
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cut ends off pepperoncinis and chop a bit before putting in crock pot. Place all in crock pot. Cook on high for 6 - 12 hours until meat falls apart. Use fork to test.
Makes quite a bit. Serve on good, heavy buns.
