2 cups sliced strawberries 1 T. sugar 9" graham cracker crust 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 c. cold milk, divided 1-3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding mix
In a bowl combine strawberries and sugar. Pour into crust. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1/2 c. milk. Add pudding mix and blend well. Slowly add remaining milk. Beat for one minute. Pour over strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
