3/4 c sugar
1/2 c whipping cream
1/4 c light corn syrup
2 finely crushed Heath candy bars
1 c sour cream
Any fresh fruit in season (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries are best)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, whipping cream and corn syrup in small saucepan; cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Boil for only one minute while stirring constantly and then remove from the heat. Stir in candy and mix well (if there are lumps, you can strain this mixture). The sauce thickens as it cools.
Place berries in a bowl, add a dollop of sour cream and add the sauce.
