2-3 C diced cooked chicken
2/3 C diced celery
1 8 oz. can diced water chestnuts
1/2 C slivered almonds
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar
6 oz chopped onion
1/2 C mayo
1/2 C sour cream
juice of 1 lemon
potato chips (can leave off if like)

Directions:

Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Combine all but chips and mix well. Put in 9 x13 baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking top with crumbled chips and bake at 450º for 20 minutes or until brown.
