1 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. beef flavored instant bouillon or 3 cubes
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1-2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
In large skillet, brown meat, pour off fat. Add onion and garlic, cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes. Serve over hot dogs.
