8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. butter
2 c. flour

Filling:
14 oz. Kraft caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Icing:
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. Crisco
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix ingredients together and pat into tassie pans. Make high rim around cups, prick with fork. Bake 350º for 15 minutes.

Filling: Place caramels and evaporated milk in double broiler; heat until caramels are melted. Cool slightly.

Icing: Beat all ingredients except evaporated milk with mixer. Add milk after other ingredients are mixed together. Continue beating--this takes a long time to get fluffy.
