3 8 oz tubes buttermilk refrigerator biscuits
c sugar
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon

Sugar topping:
c sugar
c brown sugar
c butter
c vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each dough biscuit into 4 pieces. Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with a mixture of cup sugar and 1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon (according to how much cinnamon you like) Set aside.
In a small saucepan, simmer butter and sugars; add ice cream. Simmer over low heat until its a thickened syrup (you can do this in the microwave too) Pour over rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minute. As soon as you take them out, turn upside down onto a large piece of foil.
