1- 9" baked pie shell
1 qt. red raspberries
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 tbsp. milk
red food coloring-optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 cup berries in 2/3 cup water in pan, simmer three minutes; run through strainer.

Blend sugar, cornstarch and remaining 1/3 cup water, add to cooked berries and cook until translucent. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and red food coloring if desired.

Combine cream cheese with milk, spread on pie shell.

Pour raw berries on cream cheese mixture.

Spread cooled berry mixture on filling. Chill.
