4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Mix above ingredients with pie kneader.

1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 egg

Combine above ingredients and add to flour mixture.

Directions:

Chill 15 minutes
Makes two, 2-crust pies.
