3 1/2 lb. pork tenderloins
6 c. orange juice
2 T. butter
3 large shallots, finely chopped
1 c. dry white wine
2 3/4 c. chicken broth
2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
1 T. fresh chives, chopped
1 T. minced, canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Divide pork between 2 sealable plastic bags. Add 1 c. orange juice to each bag and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add shallots. Saute until soft, but not browned. Add white wine. Boil until reduced to glaze, about 10 min. Add 4 c. orange juice and broth. Boil until reduced to 1 3/4 c., about 45 min. (Can be made day ahead.)

Before grilling meat, bring sauce to simmer. Add chilantro, chives, and chipotles.

Grill pork until thermometer in center reads 150F. Let rest 5 - 10 min. Slice. Spoon some sauce over. Serve remaining on side.
