8 large garlic cloves
2 T. fresh rosemary
1 T. thyme (fresh or dried)
2 T. coarsely ground black pepper
1 T. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend/pulse until finely minced. Rub over selected meat. Chill in refrigerator several hours. Grill. Delish!
