Base- 125 grams melted butter 1/2 cup of sugar 1 cup of self-raising flour 1 cup of coconut Top- 1 tin condensed milk juice of 2 lemons juice of 3 passionfruits
Base- Mix together all the dry ingredients then combine melted butter. Press into slice tray. Bake at 180*C for 20 minutes then cool. Top- Combine all 3 ingredients and spread over base. Bake at 130*C for 10 minutes then cool. Cover with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
