Cake:
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 t. soda
1 t salt
2/3 c. veg oil
1 T. vanilla
2 c. water
2 T. vinegar

Filling:
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 egg
1 pkg choc. chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix cake ingredients together and fill baking cups 1/3 c. full. Add 1 T. cheese mixture to each cupcake. Top with remaining cake mixture.
Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes.
