cup margarine or butter
cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
tsp. cinnamon
tsp. baking soda
cup applesauce
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp salt
1 cup rolled oats
cup raisins
cup nuts
1 cup cranberries (optional)

Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in egg.
In separate bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
Add dry ingredients alternately with applesauce to the creamed mixture.
Stir in raisins, oats, nuts and cranberries.
Fill greased muffin tins full.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
