1 box Crispix cereal
1 large jar dry roasted peanuts
1/2 c. Karo syrup
2 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
In small microwave safe bowl, combine syrup, brown sugar, and butter. Melt in microwave.

When melted, microwave 1 minute on high. Stir mixture, and repeat 2 more times.

In large paper grocery bag (double bag!), combine the Crispix and peanuts. Pour syrup mixture over nuts, and shake until well coated.

Fold over the top of the bag, place in microwave, and cook for 3 minutes on high. Take bag out of microwave every 1 minute to shake.

Spread mixture on large cookie sheet to cool. Break up into bite size pieces, and serve in serving bowls.
