2 lbs cubed pork
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 pre-cooked medium potatoes, cubed
3 diced tomatoes, cubed
10 mushrooms, quartered
2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp curry powder
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place oil in large skillet and brown cubed pork, chopped onion and minced garlic. Add rest of ingredients. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes or stew in the oven at 300.
