2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, chopped
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayo
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325ļ. Cook frozen broccoli until tender. Layer broccoli in pan, then layer chicken. Mix together the soup, mayo, curry powder, and lemon juice Ė cover chicken with mixture. Melt butter and mix it with the bread crumbs. Top casserole with butter cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake until bubbly about 30 minutes.
