1 onion, chopped1 1/3 lb. lean ground beef
2/3 lb. ground pork
1 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
8-10 c. bread cubes
Chicken broth (1-2 cans)


Directions:

Brown ground beef, ground pork and onion. Drain fat. Add celery and cook until tender. Add seasonings. Turn off heat. Using a soft white bread, break into cubes a few cups at a time. Moisten with chicken broth and add to mixture, stirring well. Repeat until you have used all the bread cubes. You can add more or less broth and seasoning as desired. Stuff your turkey!
