Seashell pasta cooked and drained
Ground Beef
2 cans tomato sauce
1 large can tomato puree
Cayenne Pepper
Fresh Garlic
Salt and pepper
Shredded Cheese
Green onions choppedh

Another one of those - do it to your taste recipes.

Broiwn ground meat and add all other ingredients except pasta and cheese. Cook on low heat for several hours. Combine sauce with pasta and put in casserole dish. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min.
