Potatoes boiled in skin, peeled and cut in 1 inch rounds
Sliced hot dogs
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
White Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
White sauce is made from melted butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper. melt butter, add flour to make a paste, then add milk slowly and cook over medium heat until thickened.

Put layers of potato, hot dogs, cheese and white sauce over each layer. Add cheese on top. Bake in 350 oven until bubbly.

I changed this a little - I use cubed lean ham, and make my sauce with Mushroom soup, a little milk and grated cheese. A little easier and better for the waistline......Lynda
