1 1/2 lbs round steak 2 tbl fat 1 c chopped onion 2 tbl vinegar 2 tbl brown sugar 2 tbl worchestershire sauce 3/4 c chili sauce 1/4 c water 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp chili powder
Cut meat in servig sizes and pound flour into meat. Brown slowly in hot fat. Place in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over meat. covetr nad bake at 350 for 45 min. Uncover and bake for 15 more min. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or pasta.
