Sauce:
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3-4 green onions chopped
2 4oz cans whole ortega green chilies
1/2 c grated monterey jack cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1 pt sour cream

Enchhiladas:
2 doz corn tortillas
1 c cooking oil
1 large package monterey jack cheese grated
2-3 yellow onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
For Enchiladas
Heat oil - dip tortillas in oil to soften. Spread with cheese and onions. Roll and place in 9x13 pan and one 7x11 pan

For Sauce:
Cook and drain spinach. Put spinach and all remaing ingredients (except cheese) in blender and blend well. Pour over enchiladas, top with the grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min uncovered.
