1 lb lean ground beef 1 can condensed onion soup Season to taste Mustard Sliced cheese
Mix beef with 1/4 c of onion soup and season to taste. Shape into two flat round cakes and spread with mustard. Place one meat patty mustard side up in greased casserole. Top with thin slices of cheese and 1/2 c onion soup. Add second meat patty, cheese and remaining soup. Bake at 350 for 45 min. For onion gravy thicken drippings with 2 tbs flour.
