Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
2/3 c milk
1/2 c cracker crumbs
1/4 c ketchup
1/2 c finely chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together GENTLY. form into a loaf and place in baking dish. top with additional ketchup if desired. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
