5 or 6 medium sweet potatoes cooked cooled & mashed
Brown and white sugar to taste
2 beaten eggs
1/2 can condensed milk
1 large can crushed pineapple drained
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cloves

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour into baking dish. bake at 350 until knife inserted in middle comes clean.
