4 (7 in) flour tortillas
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Lightly dampen tortillas with water. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over tortillas. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges and place in a single layer on large baking stone. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Remove from pan, and cool completely.
