Ingredients:  
1 head of cauliflower, cut into small bite size pieces
1 green pepper, cut into bite size pieces
1 red pepper, cut into bite size pieces
1 bunch of green onions chopped
1 package of Tex-Mex Shredded Cheese
1 large bag of Zesty Doritos open bag and squish chips in bag to make into small pieces.
1 bottle of Cole slaw salad dressing
Dash of Ranch dressing to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and serve. Makes a large bowl.
