1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
2 or 3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 3 ingredients until smooth.
Add: 2 or 3 eggs, separately, beating until smooth after each egg.
Put ¼ - ½ tsp shortening into each muffin well. Put pan in oven to melt and heat pan. Pour batter into muffin pan filling each well about 2/3 full.
Bake for 30 minutes.
