Base:
2 egg yolks
4 Tbsp. Sugar
2 cups flour
pinch salt
1 cup margarine

Filling:
1 can crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. Corn starch
cup sugar
chopped cherries
cup water

Topping:
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. Sugar
almond flavoring
Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Method: Blend base ingredients and pat in pan.
Bake 350 oven till golden.

Cook-pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, and water until thick. Cool and add cherries. Spread on baked base.

Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff add flavoring. Spread on filling sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 until meringue is golden brown.
