1 pkg yeast
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 cup lukewarm water
Let stand 10 minutes.
Add: 3 cups water
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup soft shortening

Directions:

Start at 5 p.m.

Mix in enough flour to make a firm dough. Cover and let stand 2 hours in fairly cool place. Knead down. Let stand for 2 hours then shape into buns. Place buns far apart and don’t make them to big. Let stand in a cool place over night and bake in the morning.
