Pizza Buns #1

2 cup catsup
3 Tbsp. Vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
Approx. 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
Approx. 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Pizza Buns #2:

1 tin of flaked ham
2 or 3 Tbsp. Chili sauce
chopped green onions
2 lb. Velveeta Cheese
Miracle Whip or Mayo

Pizza Buns #3:

24 slices white sandwich bread
3/4 lb. Sweet Italian sausage (mild) - remove casings
12 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
3/4 cup spaghetti sauce (or salsa)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (may use cheddar)
1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper

Pizza Buns #1

Mix the ingredients together and spread on buttered buns. Top with a square of mozzarella cheese (can substitute with cheddar cheese)
Brown in 400 degree oven for approx 10 minutes.

Pizza Buns #2:

Mix above together to spreading consistency and spread on buttered buns. Bake in a 350 to 375 degree oven for approx. 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Pizza Buns #3:

Line muffin tins with buttered bread (butter side out -bottom) Saute sausage, pepper and salt in frying pan. Stir in 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, spaghetti sauce, Parmesan (or cheddar) cheese and parsley. Spoon mixture into bread shells. Sprinkle remaining 2 cup mozzarella cheese over tops.
Freeze.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.

All the above pizza buns may be made ahead and frozen. Remove from freezer and bake in pre-heated oven as directed.

Serve with dill pickles.
