4 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
cup brown sugar
cup barbeque sauce
cup salsa
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1/8 tsp. Mrs. Dash original seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a greased (sprayed) oven-proof dish. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for approximately one hour. Serve with rice.
