4 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. sherry
2 tbsp. black bean sauce
2 tsp. minced ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
1 pinch Chinese 5 Spice
2 tsp. sesame oil

Mix. Makes enough to marinade 2 large or 3 small loins. Marinade overnight in fridge.
