2 cups sugar
½ cup margarine or butter
½ cup milk
3 cups oatmeal
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oatmeal and cocoa powder, set aside. Over medium heat, bring sugar, butter, milk and vanilla to a boil. Stirring, boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add oatmeal/cocoa mixture, stirring quickly. Drop onto waxed papered cookie sheets, and cool.
