2 lbs. ground ham
2 lbs. ground pork
1 c. soda cracker crumbs
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 eggs
1 1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. dry mustard


c. vinegar
c. water
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small can crushed pineapple

Mix together meat, crackers, eggs, milk, and mustard and shape into balls. Bring sauce to boil. Put hamballs into pan with the sauce over it. Bake for 1 hour at 350F.

These can be placed in meal-sized portions in freezer containers with the sauce. After thawing, bake for 1 hour.
