1 head lettuce
1 small pkg. frozen peas (thawed, not cooked)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. minced onion
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped in bite-sized pieces
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 strips bacon, fried and crumbled



Dressing:

2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
2 Tbsp. sugar

(can substitute 1 c. sour cream + 1 c. mayonnaise for salad dressing)

Directions:
Directions:
Tear lettuce in small pieces and put into 9x13 pan or large salad bowl. Top with rest of vegetables and hard cooked eggs.

Spread dressing over salad, and top with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon. Cover tightly and refrigerate before serving.
