3-4 lbs. chuck roast

Sauce:
1 c. ketchup
1 envelope dried onion soup mix
1 T. chili powder
tsp. garlic powder
3 T. vinegar
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from meat. Place meat in crockpot. In medium bowl, stir together all sauce ingredients. Pour over meat. Cook in crockpot for 5-6 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Remove meat from sauce. Skim off fat layer. Shred meat. Return to sauce. Serve on buns.
